M2 – PRE TRAINING MEAL

2 whole eggs/8 oz egg whites/3 servings grits/2 pop tarts/140 g blueberries/12 IU humalog

INTRA

30 g Karbolyn/35 g carb Powerade (60 g carbs)/10 g creatine/15 g glutamine/12 g EAAS/3 g Taurine/Sea salt

M3 – POST TRAINING MEAL

2 scoops isolate/110 g Frosted Flakes/1 Killer Daves Bagel/8 IU Humalog

M4 –

10 oz chicken breast/1 cup TJs Jasmine Rice/1 TBSP Mac Nut Oil

M5 –

2 scoops isolate/1 oz cashews

M6 –

8 oz flank steak/200 g green beans

*The only difference on a non training day is I pull the pop tarts from M2 and the intra.
