I bring over 18 years of training experience and 4 years of coaching to lifestyle clients, bodybuilding clients, and strength and performance athletes.

I didn’t seek out to be a coach in this industry, it just kind of happened as others began to notice I had passion and knowledge for this lifestyle the longer I had been in it. It started as a side hustle while I was a full time firefighter/paramedic but I quickly realized that career wasn’t what I wanted for myself and quit after 4 years to go all in on personal training and online coaching.

My real passion is showing others just how strong they are and how much potential they have stored within them. I am the bridge between them tapping into it and transcending to a higher greater version of themselves, all while learning throughout the process.
